Pastor Darryl Jones is affectionately known as "Pastor D" is a man radically transformed by the Lord Jesus Christ. He believes that the Kingdom Citizens of God is valuable and should be equipped and empowered in every area of life.
He is gifted & graced with an awesome anointing to meet people wherever they are: rich, poor, young, seasoned, educated or uneducated, CEO or ex-felon, neighborhood or "The Hood". Pastor D is called to minister to people from all walks of life and especially to those who are not yet Christ-followers.

Pastor D is graced with the unique ability from the Lord to reach multi-generational & cross-cultural. His voice and relevant teachings are delivered with God’s power and clarity. By God’s grace he is being postured to be one of the next kingdom servant leaders that GOD uses to Win multitudes of Souls and Make Disciples worldwide.

This Pillar of God has inspired tens, hundreds, and thousands and the world is on (pins and needles) anticipation, awaiting to see what GOD does next through his life. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies (Theology major) and a Masters's in Theology (Th.M).

Through loads of life lessons learned from Dr. R.A Vernon (Covering) "The Shepherds Connection", Pastor D is excited to serve God’s people for His Glory.
Also, he challenges the notions of unbiblical tradition by focusing on biblical & cultural relevancy rather than the routine and doing "There-Is-No-Box" kingdom ministry. He is paving the way for other leaders to break out of the boundaries of the conventional systems of religion into Kingdom Living through his solid, precise, and bold delivery of the Word of God & the willingness to talk about tough topics that are often left untouched.
Pastor D is striving to be a man of uncompromising integrity. He is no doubt, Destined to Reign.

Lady Glynis Jones (affectionately known as Lady G) has a love for Jesus and God’s people, along with a detail minded posture of a business CEO that makes her a kingdom difference maker!

As Chief Ministry Officer (CMO) of Next Level Church, she serves and leads with a type of cadence that is rare among God’s leaders. She’s a genuine positive motivator who connects across cultural and generational audiences.
She is an uncanny professional who displays the faith and power of God, as well as, one who operates with a spirit of excellence in serving others. Academically speaking, she holds a BS in Computer Info Systems, an MBA (Valedictorian) in Info. Systems Management and PMP Certification which attests to her business savvy and skillset.
She is the Co-Founder and Director of W.O.E (Women Of Excellence) and has an uncommon gifting and anointing to connect women and men of faith alike to Jesus as she shares practical and very relatable experiences, but even more importantly, she’s a wife extraordinaire to her husband, Pastor Darryl Jones.
She quietly flows in the prophetic with uncommon wisdom of God that is captivating, yet relevant. As she prays, teaches or just speaks there’s no doubt that Lady G is a rare gem chosen by God.
